YHGIndian is a small team building paid tools, gaming mods including BUSSID mods, and mobile tools. Our current team members are Naveen Ojha (Owner & Admin) and JBArt (Jatin).
Some of our tools, mods and services are paid. Pricing, delivery details, and access terms for any specific paid product or custom work will be communicated directly to you before payment. Once a paid tool, mod, or custom project is delivered as agreed, it is considered fulfilled.
Because our tools and custom work involve direct effort and delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something we deliver does not work as described, contact us and we'll work with you to fix it or find a fair resolution.
All tools, mods, code, graphics, and content created by YHGIndian remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a tool or mod gives you the right to use it as intended, not to resell, redistribute or claim it as your own work.
For custom paid projects, the scope, timeline, and price will be agreed upon directly with the client before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may affect price or delivery time.
Our tools and mods are provided as-is. While we test everything before release, we do not guarantee that any tool or mod will be completely free of bugs or compatible with every system or game version. We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of our tools or mods.
Our WhatsApp channel, Instagram, and YouTube channel are third-party platforms with their own separate terms of use, which apply when you interact with us there.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
